Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the https://goalxg.ai website, app, and related services (the "Services") operated by GoalXG ("GoalXG", "us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. The term "you" refers to the person or entity using our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Our Services are designed and intended for use by adults. They are solely and exclusively intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
Sports wagering is regulated differently in every jurisdiction, and is unlawful in some. The minimum age to use the GoalXG Services is 18. That is separate from, and does not override, the legal wagering age and rules where you live. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the gambling laws and age requirements of your own jurisdiction.
By using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated herein by reference, please stop using our Services immediately.
2. What GoalXG Is — and Is Not
GoalXG is an information and analytics service. It is not a sportsbook, and it does not accept wagers of any kind.
We provide statistical models, predictions, probabilities, and analysis relating to sporting events. All content, odds, probabilities, picks, and information provided through the Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not provide betting advice, financial advice, or investment advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes a recommendation to place any wager. Any decision to place a wager is yours alone, made at your own risk, using your own money and judgment.
No outcome is guaranteed. Our models are probabilistic. A stated confidence level is an estimate, not a promise. A high historical hit rate does not guarantee future results, and does not guarantee profit — a prediction that is correct most of the time can still lose money depending on the odds at which a wager is placed.
We do not recommend or endorse illegal or irresponsible gambling. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction before engaging in any real-money gambling. If gambling has stopped being fun for you or someone you know, please seek support from a qualified local problem-gambling service.
3. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, except where prohibited by applicable law. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
We also reserve the right to modify any information, material, or content (including price, features, and availability of Services) contained on or provided through our Services at any time, and without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Services and all of their content — including data, models, predictions, designs, graphics, illustrations, software, artwork, video, names, words, titles, phrases, logos, and trademarks displayed or available through the Services — are either owned or licensed by us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior express written consent.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content provided through our Services without our express written consent.
5. Subscriptions
Certain parts of the Services are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). The frequency of the Billing Cycle is determined by the plan you select.
AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR GOALXG CANCELS IT.
A valid payment method is required to process payment for your Subscription. You must provide GoalXG with accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize GoalXG to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the payment method you provided.
If automatic billing fails for any reason, GoalXG will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must manually complete payment for the billing period within the deadline stated on the invoice.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Cycle; you retain access until then.
6. Free Trials
From time to time, at our sole discretion, we may offer a free trial for a limited period ("Free Trial"). You are required to enter valid billing information in order to start a Free Trial.
You will not be charged during the Free Trial period. ON THE LAST DAY OF THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD, UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR THE PLAN YOU SELECTED.
We will send a reminder to the email address associated with your account before the Free Trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the end of the Free Trial and you will not be charged.
At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel the Free Trial offer.
7. Fee Changes
We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion, to modify Subscription fees. Any change to a Subscription fee will take effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide prior notice by email before any fee change becomes effective, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after the change takes effect constitutes agreement to pay the modified amount.
8. Refunds
We do not guarantee refunds for any Subscription. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any refund granted is solely at our discretion. Nothing in this section removes any statutory cancellation or refund right that applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
9. Accounts
When you create an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including restricting access to your device and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether with our Services or a third-party sign-in provider. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
10. Multi-Account Usage
We strictly prohibit multi-accounting, meaning creating or using more than one account per person. Any account created on the Services is non-transferable and is intended for personal use only. Any attempt to transfer, sell, buy, or collude across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we suspect that you control multiple accounts, we may suspend or permanently terminate all accounts under common control.
11. Feedback and User Content
Any comments, feedback, ideas, concepts, or notes regarding the Services that you provide to GoalXG are considered the property of GoalXG, and we may use them for any purpose, including improving the Services. Your personal information will not be included in this feedback.
If the Services include interactive features that allow you to post content ("User Content"), you grant GoalXG a non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up right and license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, and distribute that User Content for any purpose. GoalXG is not liable or responsible for any third-party content or User Content posted on or available through the Services.
12. Links to Third-Party Websites and Sportsbooks
Our Services may link to third-party websites or services, including sportsbooks and data providers. GoalXG does not own or control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, odds, availability, privacy policies, or practices. We do not endorse or guarantee the offerings of any third party.
Where the Services display odds or market information sourced from third parties, that information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all wager details directly with the sportsbook before placing any bet. GoalXG is not liable for: (a) the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any odds, markets, or wager details displayed in the Services; (b) any discrepancy between information shown in the Services and information shown by a sportsbook; or (c) any wager you choose to place with any third party.
We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website or service you visit. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
13. Termination; Survival of Terms
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
If we terminate your account, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Prohibited Uses
You are responsible for complying with the following restrictions. Any violation may result in denial of access to the Services.
You must meet the eligibility requirements to use the Services, including reaching the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and possessing the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. GoalXG reserves the right to deny access to anyone, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may not:
- Use the Services to harm GoalXG or any third party, interfere with the operation of the Services, or violate any law;
- Threaten, defame, stalk, abuse, harass, or engage in illegal activity on or through the Services;
- Transmit material that is inappropriate, profane, vulgar, offensive, false, disparaging, defamatory, obscene, illegal, sexually explicit, racist, or that promotes violence, racial hatred, or terrorism;
- Frame the Services, display them in connection with an unauthorized logo or mark, or use them in a way that falsely suggests a relationship between GoalXG and any third party;
- Access the Services using any interface other than GoalXG's;
- Transmit files containing viruses, spyware, adware, or other harmful code;
- Advertise or promote goods or services without our permission;
- Collect or access personally identifiable information about other users without their consent and ours;
- Engage in unauthorized spidering, scraping, or harvesting of content, data, predictions, or other information, or use any automated means to compile information from the Services;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Defeat any access control, access any portion of the Services you are not authorized to access, attempt to access another user's account, or allow anyone else to use your account or credentials;
- Use the Services — including any predictions, models, analyses, or other proprietary content — for commercial purposes. This includes selling, reselling, redistributing, republishing, or otherwise providing access to such content to third parties, whether for financial gain or otherwise;
- Create derivative works based on the Services or its content, or decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services;
- Use as a username the name of another person or entity not lawfully available for your use, a name or trademark subject to the rights of another, or any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
You are solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of these restrictions.
15. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. It contains important information about our practices regarding the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information. Please review it.
By making purchases through the Services, you acknowledge and consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with payment partners (such as Apple, Google, and Stripe), as part of our efforts to manage purchases and assist in related processes.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoalXG, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, vendors, partners, contractors, agents, and licensors (the "GoalXG Parties") from any claims, costs (including legal fees and costs), damages, liabilities, and expenses or obligations of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use or misuse of the Services, including any unauthorized use of your account, any wager you place with any third party, and any violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party.
GoalXG reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any claim subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate. You may not settle any claim covered by this section without our prior written consent.
17. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." GOALXG DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND TITLE.
GOALXG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS HOSTING THEM ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE; OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE.
GOALXG SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY PREDICTION, PROBABILITY, CONFIDENCE LEVEL, HIT RATE, ODDS, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, AND MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF ANY OUTCOME OR OF ANY FINANCIAL RESULT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE GOALXG PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, ECONOMIC, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND INCLUDING ANY GAMBLING LOSSES) IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF GOALXG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GOALXG'S TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GOALXG IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, UNLESS THE CLAIMED DAMAGES ARE CAUSED BY OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.
YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THEM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The limitations above reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or the relationship between you and GoalXG shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. To begin, send a written description of your dispute to info@goalxg.ai, and we will attempt to resolve it with you directly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable law and the competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies of your jurisdiction of residence, to the extent required by mandatory local law. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws that apply to the provision of the Services to you, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory local law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own courts, or which otherwise cannot be excluded by agreement, nothing in this section removes that right.
20. Contact and Payment Information
You agree to provide us with accurate and complete contact and payment information, including your name and any other relevant information. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is current and correct. If any of your information changes, you agree to notify GoalXG promptly.
21. Entire Agreement, Waiver, and Severability
You acknowledge and agree that any notices we are required to provide are effective upon our posting them on our sites or delivering them to you by email. You agree to keep your contact information current; if you do not, we are not responsible for failure to notify you.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, along with any additional terms, conditions, and policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoalXG and supersede all prior agreements on this subject matter. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
